Welcome to Triton’s AcademicWorks Scholarship Portal! Below is a list of scholarships available to Triton students. Each opportunity includes a brief description, eligibility requirements, and deadlines.

HOW TO APPLY TO ACADEMICWORKS:

1) Complete your college application and placement testing.

2) Log into AcademicWorks using your student portal username and password. Do not include “@triton.edu” in your username. The sign in button is in the top right corner of this webpage. If you do not have your portal login yet, please contact webadvisor@triton.edu and request a portal username and password. Include your name and date of birth in your email. You must submit a college application before you can complete this step.

3) Complete the general application. This will cause two types of scholarships to become available: Automatch scholarships: these are scholarships you are automatically applied to by finishing the general application. No other steps are needed on your side. Recommended scholarships: these are scholarships you are matched to. You must complete each recommended’s scholarships additional questions to officially apply. Click “Apply” to answer each scholarship’s questions, then “Finish and Submit.”

Each student is encouraged to also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Illinois Alternative Application. These forms grant access to federal and state aid, including the Federal Pell and Illinois MAP Grant. Contact finaid@triton.edu for additional information about the FAFSA or Alternative Application. If you have any questions regarding the scholarship application process, please contact the scholarship office at scholarships@triton.edu. Use your Triton email address, and include your Colleague ID (Student ID) in your email.

Scholarship eligibility requirements, deadlines, and amounts subject to change. Applying to a scholarship does not guarantee a student an award. Please allow 4-6 weeks after a scholarship’s deadline to be given an award status.
