The David Haennicke Memorial Paramedic Grant/Triton College Foundation - Application is Open Year-Round

Scholarship Amount: Up to $2,000.00 per semester (includes supplies, test fees, etc.)

Background: David Haennicke attended Triton College from 2010-2013 and was enrolled in the Business Program and he was also a student in the Emergency Medical Technician Program. In 2021, David passed away and in his memory the family created The David Haennicke Memorial Paramedic Grant for students seeking a career in the paramedic field.

Requirements:

• Student must be enrolled (full or part time) in the Triton College Emergency Medical Technician Program
• No specific GPA requirement
• Only eligible students with demonstrated financial need will be considered for receipt of the grant
• Grant must be used within the academic year it was issued. The time frame to use the funds can be extended if the student needs additional time to complete the program
• This grant is open year-round
