ICCSF Health Trust Scholarship/Triton College Foundation - Application Opens April 15th for Fall

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT: Up to $1,000 per year for tuition, fees, and books.

BACKGROUND: The ICCSF Health Trust Scholarship (formerly Marilyn Casey Health Scholarship) was created by the Illinois Community College System Foundation through a trust established in 2005 upon the death of Marilyn Casey. Ms. Casey was a nurse and wanted to assist students who would be pursuing a degree in a health-related field at an Illinois community college.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Enrolled in a Health Career program at Triton College
• Show evidence of sufficient ability to succeed in selected Health Career program
• This scholarship may be renewed for a subsequent year if funds are available and the student maintains satisfactory academic progress in his/her health career program
• Recipients are expected to achieve satisfactory academic progress for each semester they are enrolled in their health career program

This scholarship will begin accepting applications on April 15th. Please mark your calendars to apply during the specified application period.
