Triton College Student Association Dr. George R. Cox Student Life Scholarship - Application Opens December 1st for next Fall

SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT:

• 15 credit hours of in-district tuition and fees (lab fees not included)
• The number of scholarships available each year varies
• Renewable for the spring semester if the student meets the renewal criteria outlined below

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must document (i.e., reference letters) his/her involvement in student life activities (TCSA, Program Board, clubs,
  student organizations, etc.)
• Enrolled in at least six credit hours for the academic semester for which the scholarship is issued
• In good academic standing
• Maintain cumulative G.P.A. of 2.5 for renewal
• Scholarships are renewable for the spring semester provided the student agrees to continue involvement in student life activities and
  remains in good academic standing
• A student must complete two-thirds of their credit hours for the fall semester to be eligible for renewal of the scholarship for the spring
  semester
• An essay is required – see topic below

This scholarship will begin accepting applications on December 1st for next fall. Please mark your calendars to apply during the specified application period.
